WCCA CHILD CARE GUIDELINES FOR PARENTS

1. Babysitter arrives at 9: 15am and child can not be left with the babysitter until that time. Child must be picked up promptly at the conclusion of the Board meetings.

2. Before leaving child with babysitter, please take child to the bathroom or give a new diaper to assist babysitter.

3. There will be a sign-in sheet and parent will be asked to fill out name tags (to be worn on the front and back of the child) to assist babysitter.

4. Parent should let babysitter know if there are any special instructions or if child is not allowed to eat snacks.

5. Snack food will be provided for children, but parent must provide a sippy cup or bottle for child that is labeled with child's name.

Please label sippy cups or bottles prior to your arrival at the meeting.

6. Parents must call/email the Members-at-Large Committee member by the last Friday before the Tuesday Board Meeting if they wish to utilize WCCA babysitters.

7. Sick children should not be brought to the meetings.
