1. The Members at Large Committee will coordinate refreshments and set-up for the five Parent Education meetings. (Fall Meeting, Preschool Forum, Kindergarten Forum and Spring Meeting.)

2. The Members at Large Committee will coordinate babysitting for all Board Meetings. Spots will be reserved on a first come, first serve basis. Notification must be received by the Friday prior to the meeting. To reserve a space call Members at Large.  (See contact info below).

3. For events other than the Parent Ed meetings listed above, supplies are available for loan. See supply inventory list. See schedule below for supply location. Please contact Members at Large (see contact info below) to check the supply inventory before you purchase anything new. Please contact the Members at Large Committee via phone or e-mail one week in advance of the event to reserve the supplies. All supplies should be returned promptly and clean. Tablecloth stains should be cleaned with Clorox. If the tablecloths are taken out of the dryer quickly and folded, they do not need to be pressed.
